This large home office was designed for a growing family business. Upper and base cabinets line one whole wall and a large faux-granite island provides ample room to spread out projects. And the extended countertop lip gives clients a welcoming place to discuss work.
This design includes 8x11, 11x14 and architectural-size file drawer space, a dedicated printer space and angled cabinets to fit the walls. This home office is perfectly functional with plenty of storage to help keep the business owners on task leaving more time for effective work and less organizational frustration!
REALISTIC RENDERING

This custom design is unique because each space has a deliberate office function. From printers to specific file-sizes drawers—every facet is considered.

Soft-Close Drawers
The homeowner purchased a beautiful mid-century, modern-style lake house in Fort Collins and was looking for maximum storage space in a somewhat awkward master closet suite.
DESIGN FEATURES
-
Behind the tall doors are double-hang and long-hang sections for all different lengths of clothing.
-
The amount of windows in this space allowed for spectacular natural light so the medium light clear alder wood cabinetry matches the flooring closely and masterfully compliments the other wood and stone materials in the room.
-
The oil-rubbed bronze matched the accent of the dark wood rafters and wood ceiling.
-
This design incorporates 9 drawers with a soft-close feature so that sound sound does not ricochet off of the hardwood floors and stone walls.
This delightful cabinet design from our Northern Colorado and Loveland area custom cabinet designer, Amanda Bus was elegant, simple, functional, and flowed with the style of the home.

DESIGN FEATURES
-
Tall 24-inch deep cabinetry with fully adjustable
shelving allows this homeowner to have everything organized (even big items) in a dust-free, accessible storage layout. -
The 15-foot long countertop has adjustable shelving below and a central "catch-all" drawer for odds and ends.
-
The hardy yet forgiving, 6-foot long work bench utilizes a 1-3/8" maple butcher block countertop to withstand the abuse of sharp objects and physical-demanding projects.
This garage custom cabinet design is beautifully functional and has plenty of flexible storage for all the client's garage needs.

LIVING ROOM STORAGE & DISPLAY CABINETRY
-
"Modern Farmhouse" style with white wood
-
Raised Panel Doors
-
LED Ribbon Lighting
-
Stained wood countertop to match flooring
-
3" thick vertical panels
-
Traditional crown molding
-
1.5-inch thick fixed shelves for display
The 3" thick vertical panels create a beautiful balance in this space and the
1.5" thick fixed shelves (not adjustable in per client's preference) give depth to the cabinet so she can display family photos, books, candles and votives.

DESIGN FEATURES
-
The bottom cabinet doors hide extra throw blankets, board games and miscellaneous items but still allows for easy access.
-
The countertop is solid wood, stained to match the flooring throughout
the home. -
The LED ribbon lighting on the top shelf allows for extra light into a space that would otherwise be darker without natural light
-
The lighting is a great feature to accentuate the decorative accessories and also allows for a nice ambiance when other general lighting in the space is turned off—great for a soft light accent when curling up on the couch.
-
The glass handles with brushed nickel accents are a great modern touch to this transitional design.
The fireplace (left) and this accent wall are one of the first things you see when walking into the home and it certainly is a beautiful feature that accentuates the styling and familial items of the home.
The homeowner was inspired by Joanna Gaines' modern farmhouse style and the raised panel doors tied the styling in with the rest of the house.

Spaces designed for TV components
- 2-1/2" thick fixed shelves
The style and stain of the cabinetry blends in seamlessly to the home, stone fireplace and hearth surrounding. We wanted to incorporate lighting in the display spaces, and allow for a very large TV. The design includes several spaces for components
and cord management which the homeowner wanted to conceal behind doors.
The 2-1/2" thick fixed shelves allow for plenty of display space for family photos,
books, and items the homeowner collects while traveling the world.
LED lighting incorporated into the top of display cases adds elegant ambiance and gentle mood lighting.
